Redefining the term mixed-use, Campus El Segundo will comprise more than two million square feet of state-of-the-art office and retail space in an urban park environment.

The 46-acre site on the former Rockwell property on Nash Street (just east of Sepulveda and north of Rosecrans) is about to begin phased construction.

Project developer Thomas Properties Group envisions a uniquely prestigious, master-planned corporate campus of distinctive architecture, lushly landscaped walkways and boulevards, shimmering waterscapes and invitingly public spaces designed to promote creativity.

The Edge at Campus El Segundo, 14 acres at the northerly end of the site, is currently being developed by Mar Ventures, Inc. and AMB Property Corporation and will feature over 200,000 square feet of high-quality, low density office, research and development, and retail space over 17 buildings in a lushly landscaped business park.

The City of El Segundo recently celebrated the grand opening of the five-acre Campus El Segundo Athletic Fields located on the southwest section of the parcel.

The City will also construct a new fire station on one acre of dedicated land.
