Construction is now underway for Segundo Business Park, El Segundo's largest multi-use business park ever west of Sepulveda Boulevard. Situated on five acres and located at the former International Rectifier site, the two-story, 82,000 square foot project is being developed by Pacsan Management Corporation.

Described as a "California lifestyle version of Campus El Segundo," Segundo Business Park targets small business owners and growing entrepreneurial enterprises. Spaces range in size from 1,000 square feet and up and are zoned for office, retail, restaurant, showroom, warehouse and R & D uses. The tenant list ranges from small entrepreneurial companies to a Fortune 1000 media and entertainment company. Construction is expected to be completed in late 2009 or early 2010.
